RETURN POLICY

We are proud to offer one of the industry's best return policies. You have a FULL 90 DAYS from the date of shipment to return your purchase for a refund (less shipping and handling). No questions will be asked. Some limitations apply, please read terms and conditions below.

Return Policy Terms & Conditions

The GO Life will refund you for each bottle you return (whether unopened or opened). The GO Life cannot issue refunds for bottles not returned. If a partial order is returned, the prorated value of your purchase will be refunded accordingly. For example, if you order 6 bottles but return 3 bottles, you'll receive a 50% refund.

Customers are responsible for postage fees to return merchandise to The GO Life unless you received incorrect or damaged merchandise. In this case, we will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up at our expense.


It is strongly recommended that you return merchandise using a trackable method and/or insuring the shipment. The GO Life cannot be responsible for returned merchandise that we never receive.


Please include your order number (if available), name, address and contact information, as well as any other correspondence with your return.


While our return policy is very lenient, The GO Life reserves the right to deny a refund and/or issue a store credit in place of a refund if we determine that our return policy is being abused.It may take up to 4-6 weeks, or your next billing cycle, to see your refund after receipt of return merchandise.
